Policy of exchanges and returns
1. The period that the client will have to request an exchange or return of a product will be 15 calendar days counting from the moment the product is delivered. Changes or returns caused by misuse of the product are not accepted. The return or exchange will only be made for damages prior to delivery.
2. The product must be complete, with original accessories (if applicable) and in its original box.
3. For LOCAL and NATIONAL orders, an email should be sent to Alquimist@alquimist.com.mx with the following information:
Full name of the client
Cell phone number
Order Number and Product Name
Date when the purchase was made
Reason why the product is returned / exchanged
4. You must wait for the email confirmation to begin the exchange or return process. A pre-paid guide (standard) for the return of the product is included in the confirmation. The return guide expires 5 days after being generated, if it is not sent within that period, the exchange or return process will be canceled and the exchange or return will no longer be accepted.
In the event that shipping has been free (no cost) or a discount has been applied (both on the product and on the shipping):The cost of returning to "The Witch Hat" is paid by the customer at the address to be indicated by email. Once the return is accepted and the shipping information is provided, you have 5 days to send the product, if it is not sent within that period, the exchange or return process will be canceled and the exchange or return will no longer be accepted.
5. "The witch hat" will be waiting to physically receive the returned product to prove that it meets the return specifications:
That the product has not been used, since "The witch's hat" cannot be held responsible for the use that is given to the product.
That the product is in good condition.
That the product matches the Purchase Order.
6. Once the return is credited, product changes can be made as follows: it may take up to two business days to credit the return.
Partial return: product exchange within the same model, a direct return will be processed (subject to availability). The product is not separated until the product in question has been sent for exchange and is subject to availability.
Full refund: the amount of the product of the original purchase will be discounted as store credit through an electronic code that can be used to buy a different product or as a credit for future purchases. The return code will be automatically sent to the email registered in the original purchase.
7. In no case will refunds be made to the customer in cash or by bank transfer. The refund is made exclusively as store credit valid for two months from the generation of the coupon. The shipping cost does not apply to returns.
8. The cost of partial return is paid by "The witch's hat" applying ONLY ONE time per order. The change includes the prepaid return guide. The cost of the return is paid by "The witch hat". In the event that more than one change is needed, the customer will bear the shipping costs. If the original shipping was free (at no cost) or a discount was applied, the prepaid return guide is not included, the customer must pay for the return of the product to "The witch hat".
9. In the event of a complete return, the bonus of the amount of the original purchase will be granted as store credit. You can buy a product with a higher value than the return coupon and cover the difference by the payment method you select. The shipping cost does not apply to returns. The return code will be automatically sent to the email registered in the original purchase.
10. Any manufacturing defect must be notified immediately in order to evaluate the case and follow up within the first 30 days of purchase. Subject to valuation and resolution by the team of "The Witch Hat".
We reserve the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so it should be reviewed frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, it will be notified that it has been updated via e-mail.
We are not financially responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address if the mistake was made by the customer.
